Grace Wellman strives to maintain clarity regarding returns and refunds. This policy explains when returns are accepted, how they must be handled, and which costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
A return request may only be submitted after the product has been successfully delivered.
To be considered:

The request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of delivery.

After written approval, the item must be shipped within 15 additional calendar days.
This creates a maximum return window of 30 days from the delivery date.
Approved returns are directed to an international return facility, which may be located in China.
All costs related to international return shipping, customs procedures, duties, or import taxes are fully borne by the customer and are not reimbursable.
2. Product Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet the following criteria:

Free from stains, odors, or damage

Returned in original packaging

Original labels and tags attached
Items may be tried on solely to assess size and fit.
Ordering multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the purchase is not permitted under this policy.
By completing checkout, customers acknowledge that approved returns are shipped internationally at their own expense.
3. Final Sale Items
Products purchased under a Final Sale promotion — defined as a discount of 40% or greater — are not eligible for:

Final Sale status is clearly indicated prior to purchase and is binding.
4. Restocking Charge
A $20 restocking charge per returned item applies to all approved returns.
This charge covers inspection, processing, handling, and administrative costs.
The restocking amount will be deducted from the refund total.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are solely responsible for all return-related expenses, including:

Grace Wellman does not reimburse any shipping or customs-related costs under any circumstance.
6. Return Deadlines
Return requests submitted after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Items shipped beyond 15 days after approval are also ineligible.
Shipments or requests outside the total 30-day window will not qualify for refund consideration.
7. Defective Products
If a product contains a verified manufacturing defect, Grace Wellman provides a resolution guarantee.
After verification, the customer may choose:

A replacement product, or

A full refund
Proof of defect (such as photos or video) may be required before approval.
8. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:

Ship the item using a trackable service.

Cover all associated shipping and customs costs.
Returns without verifiable tracking showing delivery to the designated return location cannot be processed.
9. Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected:

10. Shipping Responsibility & Address Accuracy
Grace Wellman is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or misrouted during transit.
Customers are responsible for:
